The Roses was established in 1999. Roseline Harmony RGN/RMA (Managing Director) has vast nursing experience in different clinical settings, both acute and in the community. Roseline aims to instill this in all our employees. We are registered with The Care Standards and have been awarded Investors in People. Our policies and and working practices operates within the guidelines of the Care Standard Act 2000. We liaise with recognised associated bodies, such as Nursing & Midwife Council, RCN, UKHCA and REC. We are accredited by the West Berkshire Council.

We aim to provide high quality services to all clients. Matching the right member of staff to the client's request is fundamental to achieving good quality service. Quality control, regular feedbacks, suitable well-trained staff and frequent liaison help to maintain a high cost effective service.

We pride ourselves on traditional nursing values adapted for modern times, following current guidelines.
