Simply send your CV and two full contact details of referees, (one must be from your most Current/recent employer) with copies of the following documents:
- Passport Paper / Home Office Letter, (if student, confirmation of course, establishment and end date)
- For EU nationals - Passport and a copy of Home Office letter received confirming permission to work.
- Driving License (if available)
- Two proof of address, such as utility bills, bank statements, these must be from different companies.
- Proof of National Insurance Number (NI Card/Statement, P60)
- Proof of the following immunisation - Rubella, Tuberculosis, Varicella/confirmation of having chicken pox, Hepatitis
B/confirmation of start of vaccine if not already received.
- Birth / Marriage Certificate
- All relevant Training Certificates in care.

- Union Membership - RCN/Unison Card
- NMC pin cards and certificate (Trained Nurses only)
- Original Nurse Training Certificates
- Mandatory Training
- PREP/Continuing Professional Development Certificates.

Once we have received your completed documents and references, you will be called for an interview during which you complete an application form and if successful you will be inducted to the company before you are placed in any work setting. Please note that all staff will be required to do Enhanced CRB and Occupational Health Check before starting work.
