  • We aim to cover all shift requests; if we are unable to cover we will keep you informed.

  • The Roses provide staff with transportation to and from venues, this helps to ensure our staff arrive on time and we can cover shifts over a wide geographical area.

  • All our staff have The Roses Uniform, enhanced by Criminal Records bureau (CRB) and Photographic Identification badges, Good Health and updated immunization status.

  • Our telephone operations team are courteous, reliable and conscientious to ensure that staff booked are carefully selected for suitability to your establishment, and that you get continuity where possible.

  • We provide regular opportunities for feedback and we welcome suggestions for ways in which we can improve our service.

  • Each establishment/service user is designated with a Client Care manager who will provide regular courtesy calls, to provide a proactive approach to your staffing requirements and deal with your customer care needs.

  • You can expect free advice on current care and nursing issues or staff requirement.

  • We operate 24-hour phone covers so there is always someone at the end of the phone.
